This policy details the refund terms once a return has been initiated and approved under our Return Policy guidelines.
Refund Processing
Once your returned package reaches our quality warehouse, we will inspect the items (usually within 48 hours). If approved, we will initiate a refund immediately.
Refund Methods
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be credited directly to your bank account via UPI or Net Banking. You will need to share your bank details/UPI ID securely with our support team.
- For Prepaid Orders: The refund will be reversed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet).
Processing Timelines
UPI refunds are credited instantly upon warehouse approval. Bank transfers and card reversals typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
