7-Day Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your shipment. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Perfumebella7838@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID.
Return Conditions
- The perfume bottle must be returned in its original box and packaging.
- More than 90% of the fragrance volume must be remaining in the bottle (we allow a few test sprays to check the fragrance profile).
- If you received a Free Gift (e.g. Free 10ml Beach Holiday perfume), it must also be returned if your net order value falls below the target free-gift qualification tier (e.g. ₹999) after returning other items.
Pickups
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. Reverse pickup is free for all orders inside India.
