1. Brand & Artisanal Integrity

Perfume Bella produces original, independent high-concentration extraits de parfum. References to fragrance families or olfactive notes are used strictly for descriptive characterization of scent profiles.

2. Product Pricing & Currency

All listed prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of statutory GST. The backend server verifies and recalculates all totals during checkout; in the event of an obvious typographical error, orders will be cancelled or corrected.

3. Partial Payment Agreement

Selecting the 30% Partial Payment option constitutes a binding purchase agreement. By paying the 30% advance, the customer agrees to receive the consignment and pay the remaining 70% in cash or UPI to the delivery officer upon doorstep presentation.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of these transactions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
